»Constitution and Public Sphere« The terms >constitution< and >public sphere< assign both formations of normative orders as well as dynamics of politics, society, economy, and culture. The contributions of this edited volume address the manifold entanglements of >public sphere< and >constitution< from the perspective of European history and in different context. Covering a field of constitutional history from the early Middle Ages up to the present, it offers important foundations also for research of modern constitutional law.
